The new DTG, DT and BT Single and Two-way Universal Machine series have been designed to meet the various requirements in terms of operator safety and reliability: they are equipped with special systems that prevent the machine from operating unless the operator is in absolute security. The particularly innovative speed reduction system ensures greater reliability and significantly reduces the sound pressure level, in compliance with current regulations.

GREAT WORK VARIETY

The range has been designed to meet the wide variety of needs of food preparation and processing: each interchangeable accessory can be easily mounted and is able to provide quality results, comparable to those obtained with specific machines, allowing great space savings.
Especially in two-speed models, each accessory is able to work under optimal conditions. The pivoting base -standard or optional in models with a fixed grater- allows the side of the machine that is put into operation to be brought closer to the operator without any effort.
